Yigal Funt – CEO

Electrical Engineer, has been with the company since 1972, has been responsible for establishing the business in Israel,
Turkey, East Europe, India and has gained a broad experience in international business management.

Avner Gilath – CTO

Mechanical engineer, has been with the company since 1973. Served as manufacturing engineer at Raychem’s Wire & Cable
main plant in Redwood City Cal. USA and has been responsible for the establishment of the technical capabilities in Israel,
and had Served as Raychem’s spear head in Israel for new technologies search. In recent years directly involved in the technical
as well as the commercial aspects of leading key projects in Israel, Turkey, East Europe and India.

Ezra Carmel – CSO

Electrical Engineer has been with the company since 1971. Responsible for the development of the Military ground systems
and commercial channels.

Gil Davidovich – CFO

Holds a degree in economics and business management, has been with the company since 2006.
With broad experience in project and financial management, Mr. Davidovich is responsible for all
the company's financial activities and serves as the head of the logistics and procurement departments.

Michael Glaser – Engineering manager

On 1985 he had joined Elbit Systems Ltd. and for the following 20 years has been part of the
engineering department and had served as the Electrical Engineering Manager, and project manager
in the Aerospace division..
